Rachel was superb from start to finish. She took her time, listened to me and gave her full, expert opinion on how best to proceed. She took great care in my procedure which is evident by my results and recovery. She has exceeded my expectations in terms of the results I was hoping for. On first contact with Rachel through zoom she made me feel very at ease, she asked lots of relevant questions and listened to the answers being very thorough. I instantly gelled with Rachel due to her approach. She was very patient with me and liased with me over my procedure with care and attention. I felt very excited and confident when going down to surgery, I was fully aware of the protocol before and after surgery and couldn't wait to see the results. I have recommended Rachel to several friends and family etc Rachel and her team are brilliant.

Ms Holt took time to explain things fully to me and also managed my expectations about what the results of my surgery could be, enabling me to make a fully informed decision about whether to proceed. I was recommended Miss Holt by my sister who had a DIEP reconstruction done by her. I went for my consultation and from the offset I knew Miss Holt was the surgeon for me. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease by explaining everything thoroughly. I had even arranged a further telephone conversation at a later date as I had a few more questions to ask and it was arranged no problem. Choosing to have a preventive mastectomy at a young age (31) with a then, 18 month old baby was a difficult decision to make, however I felt Rachel was very supportive by giving me all of the information I needed to make my decision. Fast forward to almost 18 months post op (direct to implants) and I couldn't be happier with my results! The aftercare was outstanding. The breast nurses are so nice and only a phone call away if I have any questions. I am back weight lifting in the gym and stronger than I've ever been. (Something I worried about not being able to do post op). Everything feels completely normal and my scars have almost faded! The care I have received has been second to none and I can't thank Rachel enough.
